Isolated Gate Drivers
15A Intelligent Isolated Gate Driver for Medium Voltage SiC Power Inverter Systems. Suitable for driving 1200V SiC with DeSat Fault Protection, UVLO and Fault Feedback Diagnostics.
The driver is developed using MPics' silicon verified isolation IPs in a 0.18um Galvanic Isolation Process. The mix and match of sub blocks allows customizable gate drivers with advanced features such as isolated power transfer, variable drive, diagnostics and isolated analog feedback sensing in a single chip configuration.

Battery Management AFE
A comprehensive suite of high voltage precision analog circuits to configure the best in class Battery Management Systems. A 18 Cell BMS AFE has been silicon proven for precision and accuracy for battery cell measurements.
Integrated Cell Balancing supports discharge up to 300mA. Robust over voltage and over current stress is managed in the AFE during BCI (Bulk Current Injection) and Surge (IEC-64100-4-5) Tests.
Architecture supports both Round Robin ADC or Single ADC per channel measurements with redundancy for full ASIL-D qualification. 24 Cells BMS AFE development in progress.

Isolated Solid State Relays and High Side Switches
Intelligent High Side Switch Drivers which allow a external FET to drive various types of load including inductive and capacitive loads. These drive switches integrate a high side gate charge pump, precision current and die temperature sensing. The driver can be isolated and packaged on the same lead frame substrate as the main driver FET which be based on Silicon Trench MOSFET, GaN FET and SiC FET.
For a true isolated Solid State Relay, the driver can is configured with isolated power transfer and analog and diagnostic feedback functions for a true managed AC/DC solid state contactor.
